  • FaultFinder diagnoses faults, suggests remedies & locates parts to help restore heat and hot water at speed

  • Home owners and residents will benefit through faster resolution of their breakdown to restore heat and hot water through remote diagnosis and genuine first visit fix

Heating engineers will be armed with the fault code, history and the suggested components to achieve a first visit fix, getting the heating restored faster

When parts are suggested, FaultFinder will work with the call handler to find the best route to put these in the hand of the engineer​

All FaultFinder needs to diagnose the fault is the Make, Model & Gas Council Number 

Easy step by step guides & videos help Homeowners and Residents self fix, keeping engineers free to take on more technical repairs

Call handlers will be guided through an easy to follow suite of diagnosis questions to get to the heart of the problem

If an engineer is required, the system will suggest which parts are required to enable a genuine first visit fix

All FaultFinder needs to start to increase efficiency savings

  • Address and UPRN of properties covered

  • Resident or Home owners name (if applicable)

  • GCN of the gas boilers installed (if you don't know it we can help)

  • Serial Number if known

  • Parts availability either via your supply chain or van stocks

  • The locations that your engineers support

Call Handlers

  • Will have ability to engage with a resident with the backup of scripted questions to ascertain just what has failed on the boiler

  • Can decide if the resident is capable of resolving the issue without the need for an engineer to visit

  • All of the scenarios are catered for with tailored video content being sent to the callers mobile / email address

  • FaultFinder will work with them, actively finding the parts needed, then work out the most efficient path to getting the engineer on site with the right part, in the right hand, at the right time.


  • You can go to jobs knowing the fault code & what resolution & parts have been recommended

  • When parts are needed, the call handler will know if they form part of your van stock. If not, they will have been ordered for you to collect 

  • Where multiple parts are suggested, FaultFinder will in time rank these based on known usage rates from previous engineers feedback
